Two thousand year old, corpses                                                                                        The Egyptian Ministry of Archeology says experts have found 2,000-year-old raw mammoths in the northern part of the country with golden tongues between their jaws.

A team of experts from Egypt and the Dominican Republic has unearthed 16 tomb carvings in the Temple of Taposris Magna near the city of Alexandria. Such tombs were built during the travels of the Greeks and Romans. The bodies of cones were found in the tomb which were not carefully preserved.                  Kathleen Martinez from Santo Domingo University leads a team of experts who discovered the tombs. He said that the image of this deity was also made on a box in which a conical body was kept. He said the head of the conical body was placed in a box with pictures of crowns, horns, and a cobra.                 Archaeological excavations also uncovered a woman's funeral curtain, eight gold flower wreaths and Greek and Roman marble pillars.

The Ministry of Archeology says coins with a picture of Queen Cleopatra VIII have also been found in the tomb.

Cleopatra VIII was the last Greek-speaking queen of the Baltic Empire, who ruled Egypt from 51 BC to 30 BC. After Cleopatra's death, Egypt came under Roman rule.
